Partnerships

A strategy of action, defined that are the objectives to be attained is crucial to create partnerships and/or cooperation protocols. Associação Projecto Criar has found in other entities 1) ways of bridging faults, 2) ways to improve your performance and your services, 3) ways to create more sustainable projects and 4) forms of complementarity, that alone cannot reach. Networking works only through partnership and collaboration protocols, because otherwise you can’t achieve the confidence to the smooth running of the network. This trust requires time and any experience of working together. With regard to this issue, the Association Project Create holds 4 types of partnerships, both formal and informal, with several institutions, namely:

1 = Institutional Partnerships Partnerships type and/or business

APC has established protocols with Institutional entities, in order to raise financing, to obtain signals of victims of gender violence or get a concerted and networked performance.

2nd Type = partnerships partnerships with Similar Entities

APC has established protocols with other associations whose social object is identical and who seek to address some of its shortcomings, create complementarity of work, improve ways of acting and creating new services/projects together.

3 = Partnerships partnerships with type teaching and Research Entities

APC has established protocols with some study and research centers in some higher education institutions, with a view to carry out studies and research projects in the areas in which intervenes and contained in its statutes, as well as aiming to implement new projects in the field. These teaching entities also assist in creation and organization of thematic seminars, trainings and workshops, giving space to the effect – APC does not hold.

4 = Partnerships partnerships with type committees of protection of children and young people (CPCJ)

APC has established protocols with several CPCJ, where they are co-opted some of its human resources, with the goal of managing and signal processes of children in danger, daughters of women victims of gender violence.

– PSP Porto – Esquadra do Bom Pastor (encaminhamento de vítimas para apoio junto do GIAC)

– Associação Portuguesa de Mulheres Juristas (organizações conjuntas e concertadas, apoio mútuo)

– Sindicato dos Magistrados do Ministério Público (organização de ações conjuntas)

– Duas equipas de Protocolo do Rendimento Social de Inserção (RSI), nas freguesias de Massarelos, Miragaia, Vitória, Sé e S. Nicolau

– Ordem dos Advogados (organização de ações conjuntas, cedência de espaços gratuitamente)

– Comissão Direitos Humanos da Ordem dos Advogados

– Rede Social do Porto (integramos o Grupo Operacional Violência Doméstica – CMPorto)

– Atmosfera M (cedência de espaços gratuitamente)

– AFMP (Associação Fernão Mendes Pinto);

– Associação Mais Brasil,

– Consulado do Brasil no Porto,

– SPECAN (Sociedade Portuguesa para o Estudo da Criança Abusada e Negligenciada);

– Segurança social (Núcleo infância e juventude) – formações em conjunto sobre Avaliação de Risco, Avaliação psicológica, Apadrinhamento civil, Adoção, Acolhimento familiar e institucional de crianças;

– Centro de Estudos De Direitos Humanos da Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho.
